Ethiopian coffee exhibition in London to promote exports

The Ethiopian Embassy in London will host an Ethiopian Coffee Exhibition in London on December 17, 2022, to create an enabling environment for Ethiopian coffee enthusiasts, buyers, traders, and connoisseurs to switch over to Ethiopian coffee. It is the first time such an exhibition is being held in London.

It is the first time such an exhibition is being held in London.

Importantly, the exhibition will consist of a traditional coffee ceremony, presentations, a cupping session, coffee tasting, and a display of coffee samples. Over 30 exhibitors are expected to attend the event.

Ethiopia is emerging as a major coffee exporter and had a foreign exchange inflow of US$ 536 million from this head during the first four months of the 2022/23 fiscal year. The top export destination is Germany followed by the United States and Saudi Arabia
