Zambia: Muchinga Province Investment Forum & Expo Kicked Off with Focus on Economic Growth and Sustainable Development

The Muchinga Province Investment Forum and Expo were officially launched in Chinsali District, serving as a major platform to spotlight the region’s vast investment opportunities in tourism, agriculture, energy, manufacturing, and mining. Speaking at the opening ceremony, President Hakainde Hichilema underscored the importance of converting Muchinga’s rich natural and agricultural resources into tangible economic value. To further accelerate local development, the government has significantly increased allocations to the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Highlighting Zambia’s improved economic position following successful debt restructuring, President Hichilema pointed out that the country is now better placed to attract credible and long-term investors.
