- The Council of Ministers of Ethiopia has approved four draft regulations during its 14th regular session on October 26th. The draft regulations included the establishment of the Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institute, the Government Employees Social Security Administration, the Private Organization Employees Social Security Administration, and the re-organization of the Ethiopian Construction Authority.
The Council of Ministers of Ethiopia has approved four draft regulations during its 14th regular session on October 26th. The draft regulations included the establishment of the Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institute, the Government Employees Social Security Administration, the Private Organization Employees Social Security Administration, and the re-organization of the Ethiopian Construction Authority.
The objective of the Ethiopian Agricultural Research Institute is to promote agricultural activities by using modern technologies and also enhance export through effective research, coordination, support and strong institutional linkage. The aim of the regulation on the construction industry is to modernize the industry to effectively compete with current trends in construction activities.
The Council of Ministers decided that all four regulations will become effective from the day of its publication in the Negarit Gazette.
