One of the most notable changes involves the information sector, which has been transferred from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology to the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts, and Sports.
The ministry, now under the leadership of John Kabudi, aligns media responsibilities with cultural and artistic development. The reshuffle also includes key changes. Damas Ndumbaro has been appointed as the new Minister for Constitutional and Legal Affairs. He replaced John Kabudi, who moved to the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts, and Sports.

Ashatu Kijaji takes over the Livestock and Fisheries Ministry. The Works Ministry will be headed by Abdallah Ulega, succeeding Innocent Bashungwa.
