The specially organized function to coincide with the grand event was attended by East African heads of state, including Kenya’s Uhuru Kenyatta, Rwanda’s Paul Kagame, Mozambique’s President Filipe Nyusi and DR Congo’s Prime Minister, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde.
