Seychelles signs agreement for air linking Zimbabwe and Dominican Republic

Seychelles will have air connectivity with Zimbabwe and the Dominican Republic, which will help the country to have good business relations with both the two countries. Promotion of tourism between Seychelles and these countries is another objective of the air link agreement.

Seycheles also have plans to establish air link between Cyprus, Paraguay, Senegal, Belarus, and Guyana. It is expected that the agreements to this effect would be signed in due course of time. The country also is working out plans for either introducing new air services or strengthening the existing services between countries like UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Zambia, Mauritius, Kenya, Iraq, Jordan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Seychelles is made of 115 islands and is situated  in the western Indian Ocean. Of that, 91 islands have airline connectivity.
