Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Mubarakh Muganga on Friday, July 5, received Maj Gen Frederick Leuria, the Assistant Chief of Defence Force for operations, planning, doctrine and training of the Kenyan Defence Forces (KDF).

The meeting, held at RDF headquarters, focused on strengthening the existing defence cooperation between the RDF and KDF. Maj Gen Leuria also conveyed a congratulatory message from the Chief of the Defence Force of the KDF on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Rwanda Liberation Day.
