Hundreds of people in Tunisia demonstrated recently in the capital
city of Tunis against a recent Middle East plan by United States
President Donald Trump.
Protesters claim that “Trump’s “Peace to Prosperity” is “the Deal of
Shame,” and called for a boycott of all American products. The plan
was rejected by the Palestinians and the Arab League. Brahim
Bouderbala, president of the bar association of Tunisia called on all
free peoples of the world to unite to oppose this barbaric decision,
which is a violation of all UN resolutions.
On 28 January, US President Trump unveiled a controversial plan for
the Israeli – Palestinian conflict but analysts say it was heavily
loaded in favor of Israel, allowing it to annex occupied Palestinian
territories despite international law, and the recognition of
Jerusalem as its “indivisible capital.
Protesters described the plan as a betrayal and alleged other Arab
nations were complicit in what Trump had come up with. In a strong
worded statement, the protesters said they are selling .Jerusalem and
tomorrow they will sell other holy places.
