The participation of Mozambican companies in the Africa-Turkey Business Forum will be an opportunity to strengthen bilateral trade and strategic partnerships between Mozambican and Turkish businesspeople.
The Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA) welcomed the Turkish Ambassador to Mozambique, Ferhat Alkan, to discuss aspects related to the Mozambican private sector’s participation in the Africa-Turkey Business Forum. The Forum will meet on 16 and 17 October 2025 in Istanbul.
The participation of Mozambican companies in the Africa-Turkey Business Forum will be an opportunity to strengthen bilateral trade and strategic partnerships between Mozambican and Turkish businesspeople.
During the session, CTA President Álvaro Massingue highlighted the significant presence of Turkish companies in Mozambique, operating primarily in the trade, construction, energy, logistics, and services sectors.
This meeting follows the Mozambique-Turkey Business Forum held in Maputo in May of this year, which solidified the interest of both parties in deepening economic partnerships and exploring new areas of cooperation.
