Mozambique’s Minister of Transport and Logistics, João Matlombe, believes that the monetary value of acquiring a driving license is below the capabilities of a large number of citizens.

Matlombe says that he has already instructed the National Road Transport Institute (INATRO) to digitise this document, aiming to save on the costs spent on printing.
