The Council of Ministers of Mozambique recently approved the regulation of mechanisms and procedures for hiring foreign nationals.
The review aims to clarify and make the hiring regimes for foreign nationals more flexible, providing greater openness to attracting foreign investment, thus allowing the creation of more jobs without compromising the structural principle of protecting the workforce.
