Maroc Telecom has announced a major upgrade to its fiber optic services, aiming to enhance customers’ streaming, gaming, and remote work experiences. The operator promises smoother and faster connectivity through its high-speed network.
The rollout is happening gradually, but starting Sunday, April 20, 2025, all customers—both existing and new—will automatically be moved to higher speed tiers at no additional cost. For instance, 100 Mbps plans will be upgraded to 200 Mbps, while the 200 Mbps plans will now deliver speeds up to 1 Gbps.
Beyond faster internet, the upgrade also includes unlimited calls to national landlines for all customers, regardless of their plan. Several hours of mobile call time are also expected to be bundled into the new offers.
