Maroc Telecom, the largest telecom provider in Morocco, has formed a strategic partnership with global software company Zoho to accelerate the digital transformation of businesses across Morocco and expand its reach into sub-Saharan Africa.

This collaboration enables Maroc Telecom to serve as a gateway for Zoho’s extensive range of cloud-based business applications. As part of the deal, Moroccan companies—many of which are seeking affordable digital solutions to modernize their operations—will gain access to platforms such as Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Workplace, and Zoho Creator.

The partnership also allows Maroc Telecom to offer bundled packages that combine telecom services with enterprise software in a single monthly invoice, simplifying vendor management for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). BSP, an IT solutions integrator, will assist with implementation and staff training.

Zoho’s applications are designed for flexibility and ease of use, helping businesses manage everything from financial operations and customer relationships to team collaboration and low-code app development.

The collaboration comes at a time when demand for cloud services and digital productivity tools is rapidly increasing in North and West Africa. The initiative is set to expand beyond Morocco, with plans to gradually introduce Zoho’s software offerings to Maroc Telecom’s subsidiaries in sub-Saharan Africa, capitalising on the region’s evolving digital landscape.

By combining Maroc Telecom’s strong regional presence with Zoho’s technology, the partnership aims to enhance digital competitiveness, especially among SMEs looking to thrive in an increasingly connected economy.
