About 1300 sites will be established both in urban and rural areas to match the network of its competitors before launching its services by October 1, 2023. He also added that his company plans to bring innovations to cut down the cost of the high data prices. He committed that Malcel will be a customer -centric company. The coming of Marcel into Malawi’s telecom market is expected to enhance competition on the quality of services and also bring down the cost of the services.
