Prime Minister of Tanzania Kassim Majaliwa has said the process of construction of offices at the Magufuli City located at Mtumba in the capital city has so far reached 73%, according to a report submitted to his office recently.
The Premier said that the pace is part of efforts in his office to complement President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s efforts to ensure that all public servants relocate to the country’s headquarters, whereas the construction process is now at Phase II. Majaliwa was speaking in Dodoma recently while officiating at laying a foundation stone for the construction of Weight and Measures Agency (WMA) offices.

According to Majaliwa, having new offices at the Mtumba government city was one of the measures to ensure that services were being brought closer to people.
