Libya to Organize AFROSAI General Assembly

The Libyan Audit Bureau will organize this international event in Tripoli in early December. The President of the Algerian Accounting Council praised the Libyan efforts made to ensure the success of this event. 

The Undersecretary of the Audit Bureau of Libya, Attia Allah Abdel Karim, recently met in the Algerian capital with the President of the Algerian Accounting Council, Abdelkader Ben Maarouf, to discuss the final arrangements for holding the AFROSAI General Assembly.

The Libyan Audit Bureau is scheduled to organize this international event in Tripoli in early December. The President of the Algerian Accounting Council praised the Libyan efforts made to ensure the success of this event.

The two sides also discussed ways to activate the Maghreb Coordination Committee for oversight bodies and enhance professional cooperation in Libya and Algeria.
