The meeting also discussed the possibility of holding an economic forum between the State of Libya and the Republic of Austria, with the Austrian Ambassador expressing her country’s willingness to support development projects in Libya, according to the Ministry.
The Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Libya, Ashraf Al-Taib, discussed at the Ministry’s headquarters with Barbara Grosse, Ambassador of Austria to Libya, for enhancing cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the meeting discussed aspects of cooperation and the development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries in the economic, trade, health, and oil and gas sectors. Both sides stressed the need to work to complete draft agreements and memorandums of understanding between the two countries and maximize their benefits.
