Dr Paul Kimani, a distinguished Kenyan lawyer, has been appointed as the Co-Chair for Africa on the Board of the Institute of Transnational Arbitration (ITA), a globally renowned institution dedicated to advancing arbitration as a preferred mechanism for resolving international business disputes.

Dr Kimani is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Partner at Paul Andrew Advocates, a Nairobi-based corporate and commercial law firm.
