With only weeks to go before August 9th’s presidential and parliamentary polls in Kenya, Presidential hopeful William S. Ruto promised to tackle the country’s growing debt and youth unemployment.
With only weeks to go before August 9th’s presidential and parliamentary polls in Kenya, Presidential hopeful William S. Ruto promised to tackle the country’s growing debt and youth unemployment.
He said in his election rallies that matters of youth employment are matters that are a national crisis. The country should have a Marshal plan on youth unemployment. He promises to invest over two hundred billion shillings to build industries around leather, textiles, and the wood industry, agro-processing value addition, and manufacturing to create opportunities for young people.
