Greek company signs MOU with Suez Canal Authority to facilitate maritime transport

·        A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Greek company Empire Chemical Tanker Holding Inc and Suez Canal Authority for  cooperation in the fields of maritime transport

·        The MOU  provides for partnership between the two sides in the field of maritime transport and stipulates the establishment of a joint subsidiary company that facilitates international trade and for owning, operating and managing a group of ships and carriers that can carry goods through Suez Canal

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Greek company Empire Chemical Tanker Holding Inc and Suez Canal Authority for  cooperation in the fields of maritime transport. The agreement was signed in the presence of Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, Osama Rabei, witnessed the signing

The MOU  provides for partnership between the two sides in the field of maritime transport and stipulates the establishment of a joint subsidiary company that facilitates international trade and for owning, operating and managing a group of ships and carriers that can carry goods through Suez Canal. .

The memorandum of understanding was signed by a representative of the Suez Canal Authority, Gamal Abu al-Khair, Director of the Planning and Research Department. For the Greek company the signatory was  CEO Leonidas Polemis.
