FIAT Professional has unveiled its first-ever three-wheeled electric vehicle, the TRIS, manufactured in Morocco. The innovative vehicle aims to revolutionise last-mile delivery services across Africa and the Middle East (MEA) markets with sustainable B2B micro-mobility solutions.

According to a press release  by Stellantis on May 21, the fully electric TRIS offers a 90 km range and will be available in three configurations: chassis-cabin, flatbed, and pick-up. The vehicle was designed at Centro Stile in Italy and created as an affordable ultra-light commercial vehicle.

“TRIS is more than just a new vehicle—it’s a breakthrough in how we think about urban mobility,” said Olivier Francois, FIAT CEO and Stellantis Global Chief Marketing Officer. “With its debut in the Middle East and Africa, TRIS is set to transform last-mile mobility and open new doors to economic empowerment and social inclusion.”

The name “TRIS” references the vehicle’s three wheels, modular design, and signature three-light LED arrangement. Its simple pronunciation works across multiple languages for global appeal.
