Emirates Airlines has announced that it will start flights to Casablanca, Morocco from September 18 reflecting the Airlines strategy to gradually restore its network in Africa and across the globe. The Airline is now connected to 14 African destinations. EK751 and EK 752 will link Morocco via the Casablanca-Dubai route with three flights per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Passengers are required to follow all requirements recommended by Moroccan authorities to travel including a PCR test carried out within 48 hours of the passenger’s departure.

Morocco closed its borders since mid-March after the outbreak of the pandemic in the country and reopened borders for citizens stranded abroad in July.

Recently, Morocco announced a the decision to allow tourists from visa-exempt countries with confirmed hotel reservations and business people with an invitation from a Moroccan company to enter Morocco.

Morocco declared a state of emergency on March 20 and has extended it six times until October 10.
