The Egyptian Export Council for Printing, Packaging, Paper, Literary and Artistic Works recorded an export turnover of US$ 198 million between January and February of 2022. This works out to 65 percent compared to US$120 million in the same period of 2021
The Egyptian Export Council for Printing, Packaging, Paper, Literary and Artistic Works recorded an export turnover of US$ 198 million between January and February of 2022. This works out to 65 percent compared to US$120 million in the same period of 2021.
In its monthly report released recently, the council said five countries acquired 47.7 percent of the total exports. Sudan topped the list by importing goods worth US$23 million, followed by Libya, US$21 million.

The UK and Northern Ireland imported printing and packaging materials worth US$ 15 million during the period under review. Morocco (the US $14 million), Italy (the US $13 million), and Saudi Arabia (the US $ 9 million) were the other major importers. Kenya, Algeria, and the US were the other major importers accounting for US$8 million, US$ 8 million, and US$10 million respectively.
