·        Two cooperation protocols were signed  between the
Engineering Automotive Manufacturing Co. (EAMCO) and El Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company on one side , and Egypt’s Brightskies on the bother  to localize and develop the automotive industry in Egypt

·        The protocol between the EAMCO and Bright Skies is to develop an electric bus model.  EAMCO will produce components of the bus; Bright Skies will help develop battery and electric propulsion system

·        The protocol signed between El Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company and Bright Skies Company, is for undertaking a feasibility study in cooperation between the two sides to establish a research and development center for batteries, control systems and electric propulsion for electric-powered cars.  Bright Skies has global expertise in this field

Two cooperation protocols were signed  between the Engineering Automotive Manufacturing Co. (EAMCO) and El Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company on one side , and Egypt’s Brightskies on the other  to localize and develop the automotive industry in Egypt. The agreements were signed in the presence of Egyptian  Minister of Public Business Sector, Hisham Tawfik.

Both companies are subsidiaries of the Egyptian Company for Metal Constructions (Metalco)  and are under the administrative purview of the Public Business Sector ministry. The protocol between the EAMCO and Bright Skies is to develop an electric bus model.  EAMCO will produce components of the bus.  Bright Skies will help develop battery and electric propulsion systems.

The protocol signed between El Nasr Automotive Manufacturing Company and Bright Skies Company, is for undertaking a feasibility study in cooperation between the two sides to establish a research and development center for batteries, control systems and electric propulsion for electric-powered cars.  Bright Skies has global expertise in this field. The protocol will  lead to the establishment of the first Egyptian research and development center for the electric car industry.

The automobile industry is witnessing a technological revolution, represented by self-driven cars, electric cars and cars connected to the Internet.
