The Egyptian Ministry of Transport has kicked off the “Trans MEA 2021” smart transport exhibition and conference today. Thirteen important agreements in the field of railways, metro trains, and maritime transport will be signed during the event.
The exhibition will be inaugurated by the Minister of Transport,Kamel Al-Wazir, followed by presentations by the heads of international and local companies.
A seminar on railways titled “The Role of the Railways in Achieving Comprehensive Development”, will also be held. The Minister of Transport and heads of major international companies such as (German Sims, Spanish CAF, and American Caterpillar Inc) will address the event. Also, another event “Towards sustainable transport systems” will be held in which heads of major international companies specialized in transport systems will participate.
