The program is designed to strengthen managerial and technical skills and transfer international best practices to improve the quality of healthcare services in Egypt
Egypt’s Ministry of Health announced that it has dispatched six nursing specialists to Saku University in Japan to participate in a specialised training program on nursing management, under the framework of the Egypt-Japan Education and Human Development Initiative.
The delegation includes specialists from the General Administration of Nursing as well as hospitals in the New Administrative Capital, El Shorouk, and Beni Suef. The program is designed to strengthen managerial and technical skills and transfer international best practices to improve the quality of healthcare services in Egypt.

Hanady Mohamed, Head of the Medical Professions Development Sector, said the participants were selected according to strict criteria to ensure strong representation of Egypt’s nursing workforce. Nevine Mohamed, Head of the General Administration of Nursing, added that the initiative aims to prepare future nursing leaders capable of keeping pace with global advancements.
