The facility is expected to see a footfall of over 300,000 per month. The project entailed a cost of Euro 122 million.
The second phase of the mall will include a hotel and an office space. It will generate around 4,500 direct and indirect jobs in all specialties. The city authorities have taken measures to curb pollution in the mall site due to tons of waste that could be generated b due to construction activities on the site.
