The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Djibouti, Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, received the Special Envoy of the Federal Republic of Germany for the Horn of Africa, Heiko Nitzschke, in the presence of the German Ambassador to Djibouti, Ms. Heike Fuller.
