CII-EXIM Bank Conference on Africa to begin on 1st June in New Delhi

The 17th Edition of the CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India Africa Growth Partnership will be held from 1-3 June 2022 in New Delhi. The event to be addressed by Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Textiles, Consumer Protection, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India, is likely to be participated by a large number of delegates from different countries in Africa.

The 17th Edition of the CII-EXIM Bank Conclave on India Africa Growth Partnership will be held from 1-3 June 2022 in New Delhi. The event to be addressed by Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Textiles, Consumer Protection, Food, and Public Distribution, Government of India, is likely to be participated by a large number of delegates from different countries in Africa.

The CII- EXIM Bank Conclave on India-Africa Project Partnership was launched in the year 2005 with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. The Conclave has played a pivotal role in encouraging Indian companies to establish their footprints in Africa.

The level of economic engagement between India and Africa has been growing and the Conclave has been providing an effective platform for handholding Indian and African companies to work together in various fields including IT, infrastructure, agri-processing, healthcare, etc. The Conclave is being rechristened as “CII – EXIM Bank Conclave on India Africa Growth Partnership” expanding its scope and range.

The upcoming edition will focus on project exports, trade, investments, exchange of knowledge and expertise for creating a shared value for business and industry at large between India and Africa

The Conclave has been evaluating the existing collaborative arrangements to forge an incrementally dynamic partnership.
