A Boeing 737 MAX commercial flight took off in Miami, United States on Tuesday, after a long lapse of two years  since the aircraft was grounded worldwide.

The 737 Max was banned from the skies after a March 2019 crash in Ethiopia, which took the lives of 346 people. The aircraft crashed after the take-off from the Addis Ababa airport triggering strong debates about the airworthiness of that model of aircraft.   A similar crash of the jet occurred in Indonesia in 2018, snatching the lives of 189 people on board.

Airlines, across the world, canceled numerous orders for the aircraft. However, Boeing seems to have procured more orders in recent times, according to the company sources.  To make the aircraft airworthy, the aircraft manufacturer has worked with regulators across the world to address technical issues and improve pilot training on the jet.
