Morocco continues to earn praise for its progress in developing sports infrastructure, with significant strides made in recent years. Patrice Motsepe, President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), expressed admiration for the country’s advancements in sports facilities during an event in Johannesburg, where CAF signed a partnership agreement with Africa Global Logistics (AGL).
Motsepe highlighted Morocco’s achievements in this sector, noting the country’s steady improvement under the leadership of King Mohammed VI. In comments to Morocco’s official news agency MAP, he credited the country’s success to the dedicated efforts of both the Moroccan government and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF). These efforts, he said, have helped boost Morocco’s reputation on both the African continent and the global stage.

He also shared his positive impressions from feedback received after CAF’s recent visit to Morocco during the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations final. During this visit, the CAF delegation toured several stadiums and was struck by the quality and modernity of Morocco’s sports infrastructure.
