· The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt has organized Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings between Egyptian and French companies to enhance the bilateral trade in fruits and vegetables between the two countries

The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt has organized Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings between Egyptian and French companies to enhance the bilateral trade in fruits and vegetables between the two countries. This is a part of the E-mission service which is provided by the chamber to enable gyptian companies to scout for markets for fruits and vegetables in France.
Over 56 B2B meetings were held between 15 Egyptian and French companies as part of the initiative.
Managing Director of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt Hassan Behnam said that the chamber decided to organize further video-conference meetings in the light of the French companies’ keenness on purchasing Egyptian fruits and vegetables in particular. There is also growing interest from the French companies to import goods like textiles, paper etc. , from Egypt.
