The Deputy Prime Minister, Dr Dotto Biteko, has expressed satisfaction with the products and services of ALAF Limited Tanzania and urged the company to maintain quality.
Dr Biteko said this when he visited the company’s booth at the Tanzania International Manufacturers Expo (TIMEXPO 2024) being held at the Sabasaba Grounds in Dar es Salaam recently. He congratulated the brilliant work done by the company and for participating in this big expo.
Dr Biteko also wanted to know if power problems at the factory had been addressed after there were complaints about frequent power problems, which were affecting production.
Ms Hawa Bayumi, the ALAF External Affairs Manager. praised the government for maintaining an enabling production and business environment. She called on the government to continue improving the production and business environment, including looking at unfriendly policies to producers and also to improve roads for transportation purposes.

She assured that ALAF would continue providing the right solutions to construction industry needs, including coming up with new technologies such as the one used in the construction of grain storage facilities in Ruvuma Region. ALAF Limited Tanzania is one of the companies participating in TIMEXPO 2024 which started on September 26 and its climax would be October 2, 2024. The Expo is organized by CTI in partnership with TANTRADE.
