Tony Elumelu Foundation to hold its annual session on 8th July in Abuja

TEF’s is completing its fifth year of existence. Its  annual session will be held on   26 – 27 July in Abuja,  the federal capital of  Nigeria. The last four year’s annual functions  were held at Lagos, where TEF is situated. It is for the first time that the annual session is being held outside the headquarters-Lagos. Two African presidents, so far, have been confirmed as attendees along with over 5,000 African entrepreneurs across different sectors. Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Program, this year mentored, trained and seeded over 3,000 young Africans, selected from over 216,000 applicants. It provides opportunities for young men and women from 54 African countries. Political leaders also converge at the annual session of the Foundation providing an effective forum for high-level interactions and networking. Speakers at the Forum include His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, and His Excellency Macky Sall, President of Senegal. The forum will bring together leading policymakers, business leaders, development agencies and the entire entrepreneurs including alumni of the Foundation.
