Ethiopia and China hold investment promotion meet in Beijing

The Ethiopian Investment Commission and the Embassy of China in Addis Ababa are hosting a three-week seminar and training on Investment Promotion for Ethiopia in Beijing, China

The Ethiopian Investment Commission and the Embassy of China in Addis Ababa are hosting a three-week seminar and training on Investment Promotion for Ethiopia in Beijing, China. The seminar, which runs from July 14 to August 4, 2023, aims to promote mutual learning and exchange, deepen friendships, and create a platform for international exchange and cooperation among developing countries.

The seminar, hosted by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), covers a variety of topics, including economic management, trade and investment, urban planning and management, and telecommunications. Participants include members from the Trade and Tourism Affairs Standing Committee of the House of Peoples’ Representatives, officials from the Ethiopian Investment Commission, and regional investment commissions.
