Ethiopia hosted Hortiflora Expo

The 8th Hortiflora International Expo opened in Addis Ababa, Millennium Hall,  in the presence of Girma Amente – Minister of Agriculture, Mesfin tafessew – CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, and Nega Mekuanint – Board Chairman of Ethiopian Horticulture Producers and Exporters’ Association (EHPEA)

The 8th Hortiflora International Expo opened in Addis Ababa, Millennium Hall,  in the presence of Girma Amente – Minister of Agriculture, Mesfin tafessew – CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, and Nega Mekuanint – Board Chairman of Ethiopian Horticulture Producers and Exporters’ Association (EHPEA).

The expo was last conducted in 2019 before the COVID-19 outbreak. This year’s expo hosts 89 domestic and international companies including companies which are engaged in the supply of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs.

EHPEA and HPP Exhibition collaborated to organize the exhibition which closed on March 10. The event attracted participants from a number of countries.
