Morocco is a strategic African country, having evolved a slew of ambitious projects in recent years, that are relevant to countries across the continent.  The event stimulated an incisive discussion about the type of development model to be adopted based on investment opportunities in various countries. The meeting also discussed the development challenges and how to overcome them.  Among the important people attending the event were the vice president of the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and Madagascar President Andry Rajoelina who [resented investment opportunities in his own country.

The African delegations had the opportunity to highlight various sectors that are keen to attract investments.  Each country presented the special incentives being offered to the investors and how rewarding the investments could be for them. The event, incidentally, the third edition,  was organized by the Institute Choiseul in partnership with the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM) and the Casablanca-Settat Region.
