The Memorandum of Understanding for 5-years provides for experience sharing in the implementation of energy projects. The deal is expected to improve electricity access in Rwanda and Zimbabwe. Charity Manyeruke Zimbabwe’s envoy to Rwanda stated that the deal will strengthen the bilateral economic ties and will assist in improving the livelihoods of their people.
